Key Responsibilities
- Process Development and Implementation
- Design, document, and implement comprehensive operational processes and procedures to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and compliance across all functions.
- Continuously assess and refine operations workflows to enhance productivity and mitigate risks.
- Transaction Management
- Oversee all aspects of transaction processing, including trade executions, fund transfers, withdrawals, deposits, and currency exchanges, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
- Develop and enforce controls to monitor transaction activities and promptly address any discrepancies.
- Client Account Management
- Establish procedures for client onboarding, information updates, and account maintenance, ensuring a seamless and secure client experience.

The Trade Operations Specialist at Zad is responsible for overseeing all trade-related operations, ensuring efficient execution of trades, and maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements. The incumbent will work closely with internal teams, external brokers, and regulatory bodies to ensure smooth operations and risk mitigation.
Key Responsibilities
- Trade Execution & Settlement
- Oversee the daily trade operations, ensuring accurate and timely execution, settlement, and reconciliation of trades.
- Monitor trade flows across different asset classes, including equities and ETFs.
- Ensure all trades are executed in line with company policies, compliance requirements, and regulatory standards.
- Investigate and resolve trade discrepancies, failed trades, or settlement issues in collaboration with counterparties and custodians.
- Maintain records of all trade activities and prepare reports for management.
- Operational Risk & Compliance
- Ensure trade operations comply with CMA (Kuwait Capital Markets Authority) and SEC/FINRA(US) regulatory frameworks.

The Project Manager will be responsible for leading and executing various strategic and operational projects across Zad. This role involves close collaboration with internal departments — particularly operations, finance, compliance, and technology—as well as with external stakeholders and technology vendors. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the end-to-end delivery of cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment with company objectives and timelines.
- Collaborate with internal teams (operations, tech, compliance, finance, etc.) to define project scopes, deliverables, and dependencies.
- Coordinate with external vendors and technology providers on system integrations, platform enhancements, and service rollouts.
- Collect and translate business requirements into clear technical specifications, facilitating communication between non-technical stakeholders and tech teams.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, risk logs, and documentation throughout the lifecycle of each project.
- Track progress and ensure accountability, conducting regular status meetings and generating progress reports for senior leadership.

Qualifications and Experience

- Minimum 4–6 years of experience in project management, ideally within a fintech, investment, or financial services organization.
- Experience managing projects involving internal and external technical teams, including APIs, system integrations, and product delivery.
- Solid understanding of investment platforms, securities trading, and stock exchanges (familiarity with Kuwait Stock Exchange is highly preferred).
- Strong knowledge of project planning tools (e.g., ClickUp, Jira, Asana, MS Project).
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
